Invoicing Guidelines
Please use the following guidelines to ensure accurate payment of invoices according to payment terms.
Updated AP Process
Tyco is implementing a number of changes to our Accounts Payable (AP) processing. It is important to review the invoicing guidelines to facilitate a smooth and timely payment process.
We have established separate dedicated invoice mailing addresses for each Tyco business. For this reason, please pay particular attention to the Tyco business you wish to invoice. If you work with multiple Tyco businesses, you may need to send invoices to more than one AP address. As we continue streamline our new invoice process at other Tyco locations, we will update the information below to include additional changes to our AP processing.
To determine the new address to which invoices should be sent for AP processing, please locate the name of the Tyco business that you wish to invoice and confirm the new invoicing address.

Information to Include on Your Invoice
To help ensure a timely payment, please include following information on invoices submitted for processing:
-- The full purchase order (PO) number, if applicable
-- Your Tyco requestor name/department
-- Invoice number
-- The product purchased or services rendered
-- The invoice date and date services rendered, if applicable
-- Your contact information
NOTE: Invoices should include only invoices; the package should not include schematics, drawings, ship to name and address information or any other documentation as this may delay invoice processing times.
Important: If the business that is to be invoiced is not listed below, there is currently no change in invoicing process. Please submit your invoice as you have previously.
