Nominating and Governance Committee

 

Tyco's Nominating and Governance Committee is appointed by the Board to:

 

  • Identify individuals qualified to become Board members.
  • Recommend that the Board select director nominees for the annual meeting of shareholders.
  • Develop and recommend to the Board a set of corporate governance principles applicable to the company.
  • Play a leadership role in the company's corporate governance.
